摘要
针对结构工程中广泛应用的摩擦型高强螺栓连接会出现预紧力降低,较大地影响连接板应变分布的情况。采用摩擦型高强螺栓连接的节点板在不同螺栓预紧力下,板中的应变分布及大小受预紧力影响的有限元数值计算与试验研究。研究结果表明:当螺栓的预紧力减小时,节点板应变分布与给定的标准模型显著变化,节点板中的应变最大降低19%,这种应变的显著变化会影响节点板的应力分布。
High-strength bolt friction type connection,which has a wide range of applications in structural engineering,as an important parameter in high strength bolt connection,the preload maybe reduce. Aiming at this,this paper conducts finite element simulation and experimental study to find how the different preload affect the strain distribution in high strength bolt gusset plate. The results showed that,when the preload of bolt in different location of bolt group being reduced,the strain distribution differs a lot from the standard model,the maximum pressure will arise by 19% percents,the existence of this difference will affect strain distribution of gusset plate connections.
