摘要
我国是林果原产大国,近年来林果树木种植面积越来越大,林业种植面积年增长约3.73%,水果种植面积年增长约2.66%。但是作业机械化水平较低,而林果树修枝环节尤为突出,截至目前,我国果树修剪机械仅7万余台。对我国大力发展林果修枝机械的重要性及目前存在的问题与解决方法、国内外修枝机研究现状及其发展趋势进行综述。研究表明,研发适应我国当前林果业生产特点的智能化轻便型林果修枝机械成为重要发展方向,而基于基础性理论研究,采用现代化设计手段进行机械及关键部件的优化设计制造是林果修枝机械今后的研究方向。
China is a great original nation of forest-fruits production,and the planting area has been increasing in recent years,about3.73% per year for forest and 2.66% per year for fruit.The mechanization level of forest-fruits production is low,especially during pruning link,there are only 70,000 pruning machines in China.The importance,problems and solutions in China,status and development trend of domestic and foreign forest-fruits pruning machine were reviewed.The results indicate that the development of intelligent and portable pruning mechanization is the most important trend of pruning machine,which can adapt to the characteristics of forest-fruits industry in China.Based on the theoretical research,using modern methods to designing and optimizing mechanical structure and key parts of pruning machine is the future research direction.
