摘要
采用熔融纺丝法制得PP/PEG相变复合材料,并研究其结构与性能.结果表明:相对分子质量为600,1 000,2 000的PEG均可用于制备PP/PEG相变复合材料;相变复合材料为皮芯结构,当PP与PEG1000质量比为4∶6时,直径为100μm^3 mm,可调控的温度范围为20~45℃,相变焓约82 J/g,强度约为2.4 c N/dtex.PP/PEG相变复合材料封闭后可重复使用.
In this paper,PP / PEG composite phase change materials were prepared by melt-spinning method; their structures and properties were characterized. The results demonstrated that PEG'swith a molecular weight of 600,1 000 and 2 000 were suitable for the preparation of PP / PEG composite phase change materials and these materials had a core-shell structure. When the mass ratio of PP to PEG1000 was 4∶ 6,fibers with diameter of 100 μm ~ 3 mm and adjustable temperature range of 20 ~45 ℃ could be produced. The phase change enthalpy and strength of these fibers were respectively82 J / gand 2. 4 c N / dtex. After sealing,these composite phase change materials could be reused.
