摘要
我国社区志愿者服务虽然起步晚,但发展迅速,在此过程中出现了许多问题。加强社区志愿者服务与管理要从加强社区志愿者队伍建设、提升志愿者对自我的认知、优化社区志愿者队伍管理机制、加强专业人才的培养和引进、注重培育社区志愿者发展潜力等方面着手,才能不断提升社区志愿者服务与管理水平,更好的发挥社区志愿者在社区建设过程中的积极作用。
Although the community volunteer service in China started late,it has developed rapidly,and many problems have arisen in the process.Western Region to strengthen volunteer management from several aspects. Such as strengthening the volunteer team building,improve self-awareness volunteers,volunteer teams to optimize the management mechanism,strengthen professional training and the introduction,focusing on volunteer foster development potential.
