摘要
目的:探讨恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙肝肝硬化的疗效。方法:选取某院2014年7月~2016年5月期间收治的86例乙肝肝硬化患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片)和对照组(恩替卡韦)各43例,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率(88.4%>62.8%,P<0.05)明显高于对照组。治疗前,两组患者的肝功能和肝纤维化情况对照相仿,并在治疗后得以显著改善。其中观察组患者的ALT、AST、TBIL、HBV-DNA、HA、PC-Ⅲ以及LN等各项指标均低于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乙肝肝硬化的临床治疗当中,恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片的临床应用疗效显著,其对于患者的肝功能恢复以及肝纤维化逆转具有积极的影响,建议在临床上推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of entecavir combined with compound turtle bean and soft liver tablets in the treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.Methods： A total of 86 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were enrolled in this study from July 2014 to May 2016.They were randomly divided into observation group （entecavir combined with compound brucella and liver） and control group （entecavir） 43 cases were observed, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results： The effective rate （88.4 % 〉62.8%, P〈0.05） was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group. Before treatment, and the liver function and liver fibrosis were similar in both groups and were significantly improved after treatment.The levels of ALT, AST, TBIL, HBV-DNA, HA,PC-HI and LN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, which the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical application of entecavir combined with compound Biejia Ruangan tablet is effective in the clinical treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis, which has a positive effect on the recovery of liver function and the reversal of hepatic fibrosis.It is suggested to be used clinically.
