摘要
推进现代职业院校治理结构优化与治理能力的现代化是职业教育体制机制改革的核心内容。现代职业院校内部治理结构是政治权力、学术权力、行政权力、民主管理权力组成的集合体与统一体,本质上是不同权力之间的一场博弈。文章在分析其权力组成结构、性质及冲突的基础上,在演化博弈论的指导下,就如何实现稳定的博弈结果,即现代职业院校内部治理的纳什均衡状态提出具体的路径与策略。
