摘要
大数据时代,数据素养已作为高校科研人员及图书馆员的核心素养,增强高校图书馆员数据素养迫在眉睫。文章通过对大数据和数据素养的概念解析,揭示增强高校图书馆员数据素养的必要性,认为可以通过强化高校图书馆馆员数据素养的意识、建立规范的数据素养培养机制、大胆尝试基于数据的服务创新等措施来提高高校图书馆员的数据素养。
In the era of big data, the data literacy has been regarded as one of the core characteristics of scientific researchers and librarians. It is urgent to enhance the data literacy of university librarians. In this paper, by means of the concept analysis of the ＂big data＂ and data literacy, we stress the necessity of enhancing the data literacy of university librarians. It is believed that we can improve the data literacy of the university librarians based on the enhancing of the data awareness, establishing a standardized data literacy training mechanism, and trying the new measures originated from the data service innovation.
