摘要
住院医师规范化培训师资队伍是住院医师规范化培训质量的重要保证。从2015年8月起,我院开展了住院医师规范化培训师资培训、考核与聘任、评估,遴选出了一批优秀的住院医师规范化培训师资,短期内提升了住院医师规范化培训带教质量。为优化师资队伍和提高带教质量,每年应进行师资遴选,加强师资培训和师资绩效管理。
The faculty is an important guarantee of the quality of resident standardization training, since August 2015, our hospital has established the strategies of faculty training, examination, certification and evaluation. A group of excellent faculty was selected, and quality of teaching has been promoted in the short term. In order to optimize structure of faculty and promote quality of teaching, faculty should be selected every year, and performance management and teacher training should be conducted.
