高职外语教师在线专业发展的价值取向与制度设计

On Value Orientation and System Design of Online Profession Development of Foreign Language Teachers in Vocational Colleges

摘要 以信息技术平台为基础的外语教师在线发展模式顛覆了传统教师发展的范式,高职外语教师在线专业发展要坚持泛在性和自适性的双融互通,演绎技术性和人文性的双重变奏,注重自主性和协同性的耦合内聚,观照非线性和思辨性的持续发展。通过构建教师发展标准、制定教师激励机制、建立发展性考评机制、优化技术服务机制和构建教师在线发展联盟机制等制度,实现高职外语教师专业可持续发展。 Based on the information technology platform, the mode of online profession development of foreign language teachers subverts the paradigm of the development of traditional teachers. Online profession development of vocational colleges should adhere to the ubiquitous and adaptive dual- exchange interoperability, connect the technicality with humanity, pay attention to the cohesion of autonomy and synergy, and observe the non - linear and speculative thinking synergistic development. The technical service mechanism should be optimized and the technical service mechanism should be established to help the sustainable development of foreign language teachers of vocational colleges.
