摘要
通过对"棕地"的再开发进行分析,我国应借鉴国外"棕地"再开发的实践经验,运用法律、行政、财政措施,建立政府、污染企业(个人)、开发者和第三方之间的合作机制,从而实现受污染建设用地的全面整治。
Through right'brown'the again development carries on the analysis,our country should profit from the experience which overseas 'brown'develops again,the utilization law,the administration,the fiscal measures,establishes the government,the pollution enterprise(individual),between the exploiter and the third party cooperation mechanism,thus realizes is polluted the con-struction land the comprehensive improvement.
