随着中国劳动争议案件的增多,对于仲裁的不满,也逐渐增多。本文对日本"劳动委员会制度"进行了简单的介绍。并提出了一些中国可以借鉴的地方。
Along with China labor dispute case's increase, regarding arbitration disaffection, also increases gradually. This article 'the work committee system' has carried on the simple introduction to Japan. And proposed some China may use for reference place.
