摘要
构建科学完善的校外实践教学体系是实现高职煤层气抽采技术专业人才培养目标、强化毕业生职业素养和职业能力的重要抓手,也是专业建设的重要内容。基于职业岗位需求分析,构建了由目标体系、内容体系、管理与保障体系构成的校外实践教学体系,从根本上提高专业人才培养水平,促进毕业生顺利就业。
A scientific and perfect practice teaching system is construeted to acbieve specialized talent chvelopment goal of drainage technology for coal-bed methane in higher vocational college and strengthon prolessional attaimment and ability of gradnates.It is an important part of specialtv construction as well.Bascd on the analysis of the demand of vocational posts.a practice teaching system.composed of object system.content system.management and security system.is built,which cold improve the level of professiomal training .and promote the emplogment of graduates.
