摘要
目的探讨护理干预对预防PICC置管患者静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的78例留置PICC置管治疗的患者作为研究对象。采用随机分组的方法,将其分为两组,对照组采用常规置管护理模式,观察组采用护理干预模式,对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者出现静脉血栓少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,护理服务满意度高于对照组,组间对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗期间留置PICC置管的患者接受护理干预,可以有效预防静脉血栓的形成,缩短治疗时间,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on prevention of venous thrombosis in PICC catheter. Methods A total of 78 PICC patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing care, and the nursing intervention model was used in the observation group to compare the nursing results. Results In the observation group, the incidence of venous thrombosis was less than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group. The satisfaction of nursing service was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can prevent the formation of venous thrombosis, shorten the treatment time and improve the nursing satisfaction.
