摘要
高镁熟料的生产具有补偿混凝土收缩和缓解石灰石资源日益匮乏的作用。研究了在水泥生料中外掺SO_3对熟料中方镁石含量的影响,同时研究了SO_3及H_3BO_3单独和共同掺杂对C_2S晶型和水化反应的影响。结果表明,SO_3的掺入有利于减少高镁熟料中方镁石的含量。H_3BO_3掺杂能够稳定β型C_2S,形成Ca_7MgSi_4O_(16)等晶体矿物,掺入SO_3后会导致Ca_7MgSi_4O_(16)中的MgO分解出来,形成方镁石。当SO_3和H_3BO_3同时掺杂稳定β型C_2S时,SO_3内掺4.0%,H_3BO_3内掺0.5%时效果最佳。
High magnesium clinker plays an important role in compensating concrete shrinkage and mitigating limestone resources shortage. In this paper, discussed the influence of SO3 on periclase content and studied the effect of SO3 and H3BO3 on polymorphisms and hydration reaction of C2S in high magnesium content clinker. The results showed that the incorporation of SO3 could effectively reduce the periclase content in high magnesium clinker,the incorporation of H3BO3 could stabilize 13-C2S,formed CaTMgSi4O16 the incorporation of SO3, could lead MgO decomposed from Ca7MgSi4O16 to form periclase. When SO3 and H3BO3 simultaneously mixed with stabilized β-C2S,the SO3 content was 4%,the H3BO3 content was 0.5%,the result is optimum.
