摘要
R290制冷剂与R22制冷剂主要物性参数接近,是R22制冷剂的理想替代物,但R290属于A3类物质,具有可燃性。本文通过CFD软件对R290空调系统泄漏进行了仿真计算,探讨了不同泄漏孔径对系统泄漏特性的影响,以及不同泄漏孔径和泄漏孔位置对R290和空气混合气体处于燃烧爆炸极限空间范围的影响。
R290 is a good alternative refrigerant of R22, since R290 has the similar property as R22. However, R290 which belongs to A3 category is flammable. In this paper, the CFD software was used to simlulate the leakage of R290 air conditioner. Based on the simulation results, the leakage characteristic, and the effects of diameter and positon of leakage holes on space range of flammability of R290 and air mixture were analyzed.
