摘要
为研究连续刚构桥施工控制预应力参数的敏感性,以徐水河特大桥为例,采用Midas Civil软件建立该桥三维有限元模型,计算施工监控过程中预应力参数的取值对结构线形和应力的影响。计算分析结果表明,钢筋初始张拉控制应力和管道摩阻系数对该桥施工控制精度有显著影响,管道偏差系数和锚具变形、钢筋回缩量和接缝压缩值参数敏感程度相对较低。在连续刚构桥施工时,应重点对管道摩阻系数进行控制,防止施工过程中出现较大偏差。
To study the prestress parameter sensitivity for the construction control of continuous rigid frame bridge,the Xushuihe bridge was cited as an example,and the software Midas Civil was used to establish a three - dimension finite element model of the bridge, and the influence of prestress parameter in the process of construction monitoring of structural alignment and stress was calculated. The results of the calculation and analysis show that the reinforced initial stress for tension control and the pipe friction coefficient have significant influence on the accuracy of the construction control of the bridge, and the sensitive degree of the pipe deviation coefficient and the vlaue of anchorage deformation, shrinkage and reinforced joint compression are relatively low. In the construction of the rigid frame bridge, the pipe friction coefficient should be controlled to prevent happening of the large deviation on construction.
