摘要
如何通过调度对已经虚拟化的制造资源进行统一的动态配置和智能管理,是云制造服务智慧化实现的关键。文中通过对云制造环境下调度模型的研究,考虑到多任务同时进行的优化调度问题,提出等待加工时间的计算公式,并构建了基于Qo S的多目标优化调度函数。利用改进的蚁群算法进行求解,并通过matlab编程进行仿真实验,达到了预期的效果,对以后云制造下资源协同并行调度具有指导意义。
How to make the dynamic conf igurat ion and intel l igent management of the vir tual manufac turing resources by schedul ing is the key to the real ization of the Intel l igent Cloud manufacturing service. Based on the model of schedul ing in cloud manufacturing environment , considering the opt imizat ion problem of mul tiple tasks at the same time, proposes a calculation formula for waiting processing time,and construct a multi - object ive opt imizat ion function based on QoS. The improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the simulation experiment is carried out by MATLAB programming. It can achieve the expected ef fect and it will guide signif icance to the resource collaborat ive and paral lel schedul ing in the future.
