摘要
目的分析萎胃颗粒联合耳穴压豆治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月~2016年3月我院收治的萎缩性胃炎患者100例,将所有患者随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用单纯萎胃颗粒治疗,观察组在萎胃颗粒治疗基础上联合耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组的临床效果、治疗积分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为87.76%,明显高于对照组的74.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的症状、病理积分及胃镜积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论萎胃颗粒联合耳穴压豆治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床效果显著,可有效缓解患者的病情,不良反应较少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Weiwei Granules combined with auricular point pressing with bean in the treatment of atrophic gastritis.Methods 100 patients with atrophic gastritis admitted into our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,and there were 50 cases in each group.Control group was purely treated with Weiwei Granules,while observation group was treated auricular point pressing with bean on the basis of Weiwei Granules.The clinical effect,treatment score and incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups after treatment were compared.Results The curative effective rate of observation was 87.76%,which was significantly higher than of control group （74.47%）,and there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the symptoms,pathological score and gastroscope score of observation group were lower than control group,and there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Weiwei Granules combined with auricular point pressing with bean in the treatment of atrophic gastritis has significant clinical effect,and it can effectively relieve patients＇ diseases with less adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
