摘要
文章从情境式教学及情境式教材的特点,分析了当前《汽车保险与理赔》情境式教材开发遇到的问题,并指出情境式教材的开发应该遵循完整性和可操作性原则。文章围绕汽车保险销售、汽车保险承保和汽车保险理赔三个主要的工作任务来设定学习情境,每个情境设计若干个工作任务,每个工作任务下面对应多个子情境库,每个子情境库则对应相关的工作任务清单。
based on the characteristics of situational teaching and situational teaching materials, This article analyzes the current problem of "automotive insurance and compensation" situational teaching material development, and points out that situational teaching should follow the principle of integrity and operability. This paper sets the learning situation based on three main tasks of the automotive insurance sales, automotive insurance, automotive insurance compensation, each situation is designed with tasks, which correspond to sub context library, each sub library situation corresponds to related tasks list.
