摘要
目的分析对心血管疾病患者实施二级预防治疗对预后的影响。方法收集我院收治的240例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,坚持规范二级预防用药120例,设置为观察组。不坚持规范用药依从性差的120例,设置为对照组。结果两组均有一定治疗效果,但观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,同时观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对心血管疾病患者实施临床治疗时,坚持规范二级预防用药治疗的患者能够取得更好的治疗效果,预后更佳。
Objective To analyze the implementation of the two grade prevention of cardiovascular disease therapy on the prognosis of patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods 240 cases were collected in our hospital as the research object,adhere to the norms of the two grade prevention medication in 120 cases,as the observation group.120 cases do not adhere to the norms of poor compliance,as the control group.Results The two groups had a certain therapeutic effect,but the effective treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the incidence rate of complication in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,all the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of the clinical treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease,adhere to the norms of two grade prevention treatment of patients to achieve better therapeutic effect,the prognosis is better.
