摘要 目的利用概率跟踪算法的原理对DTI序列进行处理,得到丘脑分割图谱,为研究丘脑与皮层的连接关系提供参考依据。方法健康志愿者30例进行常规T2序列及DTI序列扫描,将采集到的数据进行转换分析,利用概率跟踪算法对其进行计算,得到丘脑分割图谱。结果获得的丘脑分割图谱被不同颜色分成七个部分,分别显示与七个头脑皮层分区的连接方式。将丘脑分割图谱与常规丘脑核团图谱进行对比,发现其连接方式十分一致。结论丘脑分割图谱与常规丘脑核团图谱具有较强的一致性,有利于我们进一步认识丘脑的解剖及功能,为以丘脑为靶点的手术提供解剖依据。 Objective Getting the thalamus segmentation atlas by using the theory of probability tractography algorithm to deal with diffusion tensor imaging data, provides reference data to research the connectivity between thalamus and cortex. Methods We convert and analyze the data,which is collected from thirty healthy vohmteer scanned with regular T2 sequence and DTI sequence.to obtain the thalamic sementation atlas by using the theory of probability tractography algorithm. Results The thalamus segmentation atlas we got was divided into seven parts with different colors, which reveal the connection type between thalamus and cortex respectively. We compare the thalamus segmentation atlas with the general thalamus nucleus atlas, to find that their connection type are very similar. Conclusion ion The thalamus segmentation atlas has a strong consistency with the general thalamus nucleus atlas, which is helpful for us to understand further the anatomy and function of the thatamus, and it also can provide an anatomical basis for the surgeW which targets on the thalamus.
