硅酸钠对水泥-粉煤灰基煤矿膏体充填材料的影响研究 被引量:9

Study on the Influence of Sodium Silicate on the Cement-flyash-based Paste Filling Material in Coal Mine

摘要 山东省某煤矿膏体凝结时间缓慢,影响矿山正常开采,为此,提出了掺入硅酸钠缩短膏体凝结时间的构想,并在室内进行了相关的试验。试验结果表明:随着硅酸钠掺量的增加,水泥-粉煤灰基胶凝体系的初终凝时间逐渐缩短,在掺量为3%时,促凝效果较为明显,当掺量继续增加时,促凝效果不显著。且加有硅酸钠的水泥-粉煤灰基建筑垃圾膏体材料的凝结规律与胶凝体系的凝结时间规律保持一致,当硅酸钠掺量为3%时,其早期强度提高明显,8h和1d的抗压强度分别达到了0.21 MPa和0.52 MPa,从而保证了矿山的正常高效开采。 The setting time of paste in a coal mine of Shandong was too long, affecting the normal production of mine. Therefore, an idea that mixed the sodium silicate to shorten the setting time was proposed, and the relevant indoor tests were conducted. The results showed that with higher addition of sodium silicate, the initial and final setting time of cement-flyash-based cementitious system decreased gradually. When the mixing amount of sodium silicate was 3 %, the coagulating effect was obvious, while was not good with the increase of mixing amount of sodium silicate. The cementing law of cement-flyash-based construction waste paste material adding sodium silicate kept consistent with the cementitious system's. The initial compressive strength improved significantly with 3% of sodium silicate, which respectively reached to 0.21 MPa and 0.52 MPa in 8 h and 1 d, so as to ensure the normal mining activities.
