摘要
岩质隧道钻孔胀裂法是一种新型的破岩方法。该方法可以很好地避免传统钻爆法环境影响大、施工破坏严重的缺陷,充分利用岩石本身的力学特点,环保、无尘、可控地完成岩石破裂,同时具有成本低和灵活性好的优点,在复杂环境下的隧道破岩作业中得到充分应用。以111国道古石隧道为背景,通过对钻孔胀裂法的使用效果进行现场试验研究,验证该方法在岩质隧道开挖中的适用性,同时为复杂环境下隧道开挖施工提供新的设计思路和施工工法。
Borehole burst method of rock tunnels is a new kind of method of rock fragmentation. This method can avoid the shortcoming of the traditional drilling and blasting method very well,such as environmental impact and construction badly damaged. The method of tunnel construction in complex environment is often used because of the environmental protection,clean and controllable rock bursting.Based on No. 111 National Tunnel,through the use of borehole burst method effect for field test research,the method in rock tunnel excavation of applicability is validated,at the same time new design ideas and construction methods are provided for the tunnel excavation under complicated environment.
