摘要
通过理论分析认为兴杨煤矿102煤层上部9煤层产生的底板破坏带穿过10606(上)工作面,导致两层承压含水层突水系数分别增大了23%和12%,工作面受突水威胁增大。为了保证10606(上)工作面安全开采,根据矿井生产实际,采用底板注浆技术加固隔水层,根据计算所得的17个注浆钻孔的浆液扩散半径、检查孔出水量和实际开采情况认为此次注浆增加了隔水层的厚度,加固了隔水区域,保证工作面的安全开采,对类似工况的矿山开采具有一定的借鉴意义。
According to theoretical analysis,coal seam floor failure caused by mining 9th coal came through 10606 up working face,and increased 23% and 12% to each water inrush coefficient of the confined aquifers,so the threat of water inrush in working face gone up.Based on the actual production of mine,floor grouting was carried out to enhance the aquiclude and ensure the safety of 10606 up working face.Combined with grouting diffusion radius and water yield of the 17 grouting drills and mining situation,the thickness of aquiclude increased and zone of aquiclude got enhanced,so the mining safety was guaranteed.
