摘要
目的:探讨照顾者同步健康教育在老年支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果,为更有效地实施健康教育提供依据。方法:选取2014年6月~2015年6月我院呼吸内科住院治疗的108例老年支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,随机等分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规健康教育,干预组给予照顾者协同式健康教育,比较出院时两组患者的疾病知识掌握情况、生活质量和出院6个月内哮喘复发再住院情况。结果:出院时干预组患者的疾病知识得分、生活质量得分高于对照组(P<0.05),出院6个月内哮喘复发再住院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:照顾者同步健康教育能够提高老年支气管哮喘患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,提高患者的生活质量,减少哮喘发作再住院率,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective：To discuss the application effect of care takers health education in the patients with bronchial asthma in the elderly, so as to provide basis for the better implementation of health education. Methods ： Selected 108 patients with bronchial asthma in the elderly receiving treatment in respiration medicine department of our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 as the research object, and they were equally divided into interference group and control group at random, the control group was given routine health education, and the interference group was given care taker synergic health education, compari- son was on the mastering of knowledge, life quality and re - hospitalization due to reoccurring of asthma within 6 months after discharge of patients in the two groups. Resuhs ： At the time of discharge, the score of disease knowledge of patients in the interference group were higher than that in the control group, the score of !ife quality in the interference group was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the re - hospitalization rate due to reoccurring of asth- ma within 6 months after discharge in the interference group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The care takers＇ synchronous health education could improve the knowledge mastering degree of patients with bronchial asthma in the elderly, improve the patients＇ life quality reduce the re - hospitalization rate due to occurring of asthma, and was worth promoting clinically.
