摘要
试验从污泥中筛选3株高效石油烃降解菌m_1,m_2,m_3,对原油最高降解效率达73%,16S rDNA鉴定结果表明,m_1为Citrobacter柠檬酸细菌属,m_2为Tatumella塔特姆菌属,m_3为Kluyvera克吕沃尔氏菌属。分析3株石油降解菌耐受性,结果表明,m_2耐强碱性;m_1、m_2耐较高浓度盐;m_2在高浓度Cr中生长;m_3在高浓度Hg、Cd、Pb中较好生长。
Three strains of efficient hydrocarbon degrading bacteria m1, m2, m3, were screened from sludge, the highest degradation efficiency of crude oil can reach 73%, and through the 16 S rDNA identification, the identification results showed m1 was similar to the Citrobacter, m2 was similar to the Tatumella, m3 was similar to the Kluyvera. Then tolerance analysis of the three strains was followed and the results showed that m2 could resist strong alkaline, m1, m2 were resistant to high concentration of salt, m2 could grow in high concentration of Cr, and m3 grew well in high concentration of Hg, Cd, Pb.
