磁粉离合器自调整模糊PID励磁控制技术 被引量:9

摘要 针对磁粉离合器应用环境复杂,采用传统的控制算法很难满足系统非线性、变参数的要求等问题,在研究了模糊控制和传统PID控制算法的基础上,提出了一种自调整模糊PID控制算法。该算法兼有模糊控制和PID控制算法的优点,实现了对过程参数的无稳态误差控制,同时具有很好的自适应特性,并且能够克服非线性因素带来的影响,具有较强的鲁棒性。将该算法应用于双轴水冷式磁粉离合器,能够实现在线PID参数的自整定。通过对该控制算法的仿真,并与常规PID控制算法的实验比较,该控制算法响应速度快,负载侧电流稳定时间短、电流超调量小,且控制系统具有很好的自调整能力。 Due to the complex application environment of magnetic powder clutch,the traditional control algorithm is difficult to meet the requirements of nonlinear variable parameter systems. A self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed after having studied on the fuzzy control algorithm and traditional PID control algorithm. This algorithm has the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control algorithm. It can realize non-steady-state error control of process parameters and also has good adaptive characteristics. It can overcome the effects of nonlinear factors and has strong robustness. Its application to biaxial watercooled magnetic powder clutch can realize online self-tuning of PID parameters. Through the simulation of this control algorithm and compared with the experiment of traditional PID control algorithm,the result shows that the control algorithm has fast response speed,short current stable time on load,and small amount of current overshoot,and the control system has good self-tuning ability.
