摘要
职业装是现代企业文化中必不可少的,不仅代表企业的形象,也体现出企业的商业服务价值,具有很强的行业属性。通过对影响职业装色彩的因素与职业装色彩搭配原则的介绍,分析职业装色彩在设计过程中的注意事项。研究表明,在职业装设计过程中应在充分考虑职业装标识性、功能性、服装材料、企业文化、企业员工特点等因素前提下,遵循比例、均衡、秩序与重点强调原则来设计符合现代企业文化要求、功能性与行业标识性相统一的职业装。
Uniform represented the image was an indispensable part of the modern enterprise culture which was not only of enterprise, but also business services value that reflected strong industry attributes. Influencing factors and collocation principles of uniform color were introduced to study the design announcements of uniform color. Research showed that the principles of proportion, equilibrium, order and emphasis should be followed to design the modern uniform which conformed to the requirements of the modern enterprise culture, also with obvious characteristics of industry indicator. Of course, influencing factors of identification, functional, clothing materials, the characteristics of enterprise culture, enterprise employees identification should considered when uniform color were designed.
