摘要
主轴箱是高速立式加工中心最关键的受力部位,其强度、刚度的优劣将直接影响加工中心的精度和寿命。首先利用三维软件SolidWorks建立4种不同形式加强筋的主轴箱模型;然后利用ANSYS Workbench软件对各模型进行谐响应分析,绘制主轴箱的频率-振幅曲线和动刚度谱曲线,从曲线中可以直观地看出主轴箱在简谐力作用下的振动和刚度分布情况,从而选择最优的模型;最后对最优模型进行模态分析,得出了主轴箱的前7阶固有频率及振型,为主轴箱的设计与优化提供了理论依据。
Headstock is one of the most critical parts in a high-speed vertical machining center,because its strength and stiffness will directly affect the precision and life of machining centers.Firstly,four spindle box models with different forms of reinforcing plates were built by the three-dimensional software SolidWorks.Then,in order to select the optimal model,each model was analyzed by using ANSYS Workbench software for harmonic analysis to draw frequency-amplitude spectrum curves and dynamic stiffness of headstock.Finally,by modal analysis of the optimal model,the first 7order natural frequencies and mode shapes of the optimal case of headstock were obtained.The result shows that the current method provides a certain theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the headstock.
