摘要
离子浓度检测是实现种植作物栽培营养液调控和管理的先决条件。离子选择电极由于其独特的优势,为实现无土栽培营养液多离子浓度检测提供了有效手段。文中以MSP430单片机为控制核心,离子选择电极为传感器,触摸屏为人机交互界面,设计了信号处理电路,研制了无土栽培营养液多离子浓度检测装置。测试结果表明,各离子浓度检测的平均相对误差为5.54%。基本实现了营养液离子多浓度实时检测,有利于促进设施农业栽培生产自动化调控和管理。
The measurement of ion concentration in nutrient solution is prerequisite for optimal control of nutri- ent solution. The ion selective electrode will get more extensive application in soilless culture industry because of its special advantage. A measurement device for multiply ion concentration of nutrient solution is built with MSP430 MCU as control core, ion selective electrodes as main sensors, a touch screen as human - computer interaction interface. Also, DS18B20 is applied to measure temperature of the nutrient solution for auto temperature compensation. The experiments show the average relative error is 5.54%. This device realizes the automatic measurement of multiply ion concentration, which will have a well prospect in facility agriculture.
