摘要
在大型集输立管多相流实验系统上进行了单相或两相流量变化实验研究,比较并分析了集输立管系统与简单水平管压力过升、过降现象的异同,研究了压力、压差的均值或幅值的暂态变化以及压力、压差达到稳态的顺次。结果表明集输立管系统流量变化的暂态响应受下倾管立管结构与入口流量改变的共同影响,在不同流速范围内两种影响因素呈不同的主次关系。实验结果还表明不同压差信号的响应可用于立管不稳定流型或不规则流型形成的预报。
Response of flow condition to variation of gas and/or liquid flow rates is experimentally studied on a long pipeline-riser system.Pressure overshoot and undershoot are analyzed and compared with those in a simple horizontal pipe.Transient characteristics of both pressure and differential pressure are investigated,including mean and amplitude.Chronological order of moments when the pressure and differential pressures reach steady state is ranked and analyzed.Results show that transient response to flow rate variations is affected by not only flow rate variation but also the bend at the riser bottom,and which is the primary impact depends on flow velocity.Results also reveal the feasibility of forecasting unstable regime and irregular regime before their occurrence in the riser.
