既有道路上双层立体交叉现浇箱梁技术研究

摘要 国道324复线主线桥左、右幅第4联幅箱梁为变宽裤衩段,右幅第4联连接F匝道桥梁;G匝道第3联箱梁(21 m+37 m+21 m)上跨国道324主线桥左、右幅第4联箱梁。为了实现主线桥第四联左幅箱梁与上跨的G匝道桥第3联箱梁同时施工不干扰、降低安全风险的前提,采用"23 m跨径双层贝雷桁架"的支架方案解决了主线桥第4联和G匝道桥第3联箱梁上、下立体交叉施工难题。本文通过总结此次施工的成功经验以供以后类似工程借鉴和参考。 The left and right half of the box girder in the fourth unit of State Road 324 double-track main bridge is in varying-width section,the right half of the girder in the fourth unit connects F ramp bridge. The third unit box girder( 21 m +37m + 21m) of G ramp passes over the left and right half of box girder in the fourth unit of State Road 324 main bridge. In order to reduce the security risks and realize the simultaneous construction without interfering between the left half of box girder in the fourth unit and the overpass box girder in the third unit of G ramp bridge,this paper adopted the support scheme of using "23m span double Bailey truss"to solve the flyover crossing construction problems. The successful experience of the construction was summarized so as to provide a reference for the future similar projects.
