摘要
目的研究不同保存时间红细胞对输注前后血红蛋白(Hb)变化的影响。方法选取中国人民解放军总医院海南分院2012年3月5日至2015年11月4日期间全部有红细胞输注记录,且符合入选标准的997袋血液,分析保存时间同输血前后Hb变化关系。结果红细胞保存期从1~5周的输血前后变化依次为(14±8)g/L、(14±9)g/L、(14±10)g/L、(14±10)g/L、(14±9)g/L,不同保存时间红细胞输血前后Hb变化差异均无统计学意义(R2=-0.000 1,P>0.05)。结论对于短期内以提高Hb为目的的红细胞输注,保存时间对输血效果的影响较小。
Objective To study the effects of the different storage time of red blood cells on the changes of he-moglobin （Hb） before and after transfusion. Methods A total of 997 bags of blood, which meet the inclusion criteriaand had the transfusion records of red blood cells, were selected from Hainan Branch of Chinese PLA General Hospitalfrom March 5, 2012 to November 4, 2015. The relationship between preservation time and Hb changes before and aftertransfusion was analyzed. Results The changes of hemoglobin （Hb） before and after the transfusion of red blood cellsstoraged from 1 week to 5 weeks were （14±8） g/L, （14±9） g/L, （14±10） g/L, （14±10） g/L, （14±9） g/L, respectively. Therewas no significant difference in Hb changes before and after transfusion of red blood cells with different storage time（R2=-0.000 1, P〉0.05）. Conclusion For the purpose of improving Hb with the transfusion of red blood cells in theshort term, storage time has little effect on the transfusion effect.
