摘要
目的探讨护士分层级管理模式对提高护士护理质量及患者满意度的作用。方法选择2013年1月-2016年1月我院收治的1 200例患者作为研究对象。其中600例选自实施护士分层级管理模式之前的患者,作为对照组,其余600例患者选自护士分层级管理模式实施后,作为观察组。对比两组患者的护士护理质量以及患者满意度调查结果。结果与实施前比较,实施后整体护理、病历书写管理、基础护理和健康教育均提高,护理满意率(99.0%)高于实施前(82.7%)。结论护士分层级管理模式显著提高了护理管理质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of nurses hierarchical management in improving nursing quality and patients' satisfaction. Methods From January 2013 to January 2016,1 200 patients in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. 600 patients were selected from the nurse before the implementation of hierarchical management model as control group,and the remaining 600 patients were selected from the nurse hierarchical management model implementation,as the observation group. The quality of nursing care and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the pre-implementation,the overall nursing,medical record writing management,basic nursing and health education were improved,and the rate of nursing satisfaction(99.0%) was higher than that before the implementation(82.7%). Conclusion Nurses hierarchical management model can improve nursing management quality and nursing satisfaction.
