摘要
目的分析闭合性小腿骨折合并不同程度软组织挫伤的治疗策略。方法选取我院收治的闭合性小腿骨折患者100例,按照软组织挫伤程度对全部患者实施分级,结合实际进行针对性处理,探析临床治疗经验和疗效。结果钢板内固定治疗组患者的并发症发生率高于交锁钉内固定治疗组、外固定支架固定治疗组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中在治疗闭合性小腿骨折患者时,应认真评估患者的局部软组织挫伤,尽可能选择外固定支架固定和交锁钉内固定治疗。
Objective To analyze the treatment strategy of closed leg fracture with different degrees of soft tissue contusion. Methods 100 cases of closed leg fractures in our hospital were selected,and all patients were classified according to the degree of soft tissue contusion. Combined with the actual targeted treatment,to analyze clinical treatment experience and efficacy. Results The incidence of complications in steel plate internal fixation group was higher than that in the interlocking nail fixation group and external fixation group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical treatment of patients with closed fracture of the lower leg,the local soft tissue contusion should be carefully evaluated. As far as possible to choose external fixation and internal fixation with interlocking nail.
