摘要
目的研究74例老年颅脑外伤患者术后并发症的临床情况。方法选取2011年6月-2015年6月入住我院进行治疗的74例老年颅脑外伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,结果 74例老年颅脑外伤患者,全部患者均进行手术治疗,因并发症发生死亡患者共14例,占总例数18.92%（14/74）,导致死亡原因：有4例再发生血肿,占5.41%;有2例心功能衰竭,占2.70%;有2例肾功能衰竭,占2.70%;有6例肺部感染致呼吸衰竭,占8.11%。结论老年颅脑外伤患者术后并发症发生率较高,应重视其预防措施,以降低并发症发生率及死亡率。
Objective To study the clinical features of postoperative complications in 74 elderly patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods From June 2011 to June 2015,74 cases in our hospital of elderly patients with craniocerebral trauma were analyzed retrospectively. Results 74 cases of elderly patients with traumatic brain injury,all patients were treated with surgical treatment,due to complications of death in patients with a total of 14 cases,accounting for 18.92%（14/74）. And the cause of death there were 4 cases of recurrence of hematoma,accounting for 5.41%,2 cases of heart failure,accounting for 2.70%,2 cases of renal failure,accounting for 2.70%,6 cases with respiratory failure caused by pulmonary infection,accounting for 8.11%. Conclusion The incidence of postoperative complications in elderly patients with craniocerebral trauma is high,and the preventive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of complications and mortality.
