气体动压箔片径向轴承工程应用试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过构建正置式的动压轴承性能验证平台,对设计制造的动压轴承进行了启停寿命、运行稳定性、温升特性、轴承互换性、与传统滚动轴承的比较等工程试验研究,结果表明:研制的动压轴承启停寿命大于104次;运行时的轴心轨迹在±0.03 mm以内,运行稳定;温升稳定在可接受的范围内;轴承能满足工程互换性要求;动压轴承具有良好的减振、降噪、长寿命的特性,取得了较好的工程应用效果。 By building the performance verification platform of hydrodynamic bearings, the useful life, running stability, temperature rising and interchangeability of the bearings are tested and compared with conventional roller bearings. The results show that the developed hydrodynamic bearings have a long useful life of more than 10^4 start - stop cycles and better stability with the whirl orbit amplitude less than ±0. 03 mm. The temperature rising of bearings during operation stays in an acceptable range and the bearings have interchangeability to fulfill interchangeability requirements. The hy-drodynamic bearings bring the reduction of shock and noise and a long life of the mechanical system. Consequently. The developed hydrodynamic bearings have good operating performances from the viewpoint of engineering application.
