摘要
"工匠精神"是现代学徒制的核心理念,作为一种良好的职业精神,主要在工作实践中培养。从教学内容、教学队伍以及教学环境来看,学校实训教学不失为"工匠精神"的一种间接培养途径。在高职计算机专业实训教学中,通过校企合作建设实训基地、实现工学对接、关注学生态度和实施灵活监管,可以促进学生"工匠精神"的养成。
As a core idea of modern apprenticeship, craftmanship is cultivated in working practice. The practice teaching in schools is an indirect way to cultivate craftsmanship from the perspective of teaching contents, teaching staff and teaching environment. In the practice teaching for computer majors in higher vocational collges, the training bases, the docking between learning and working, caring for the students’ attitude and flexible supervision can boost the cultivation of the students, craftsmanship.
