摘要
砌体结构在设计使用年限期间,受地基、建材、环境及使用等因素综合影响,会出现不同程度损伤,以某建材厂区砌体结构综合楼为例,从外观检查、倾斜测量、建材检验及设计比对等多方面,依据现行标准规范,对其进行安全性检测及鉴定,结果表明该综合楼整体安全等级为B级,但存在个别构件处于危险状态,对此提出了相应的加固解决措施。
Affected by the factors of foundation, building materials,environment,application and so on,the masonry structure could damage in different degree when serving. This paper took a multi-functional masonry building in build- ing materials plant as an example,inspected and appraised the safety of the building according to latest standards and codes from several aspects, such as visual inspection, slop measuring, building materials rechecking, original design comparing. The result shows that the total safety rating of the building is grade B ,with several individual components is on critical condition,then corresponding reinforcement measures are presented.
