摘要
依据无人机装备全寿命周期维修保障的基本要求,该文结合动态能力集的概念与作用,通过深入剖析基于动态能力集的应用型人才培养模式内涵,提出了基于动态能力集的无人机系统装备维修人才培养模式。该培养模式以维修能力形成为中心,将实际工作岗位所需的各种能力任务化、项目化,构建人才培养动态能力集,形成相应的课程体系,体现了从感性认识学习、基本技能训练到实践应用能力形成的教学链。实践表明,该培养模式为当前无人机系统装备维修技术人才的培养提供基本标准,对于推动独具特色的无人机系统装备维修专业复合应用型人才培养具有十分重要的现实意义。
With the concept and action of dynamic ability set, the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) equipment maintenance talent training mode to meet the basic requirements of life - cycle maintenance is proposed in the paper, thereafter the application -oriented talent training mode and connotation based on dynamic capability set is also analyzed. The training mode centers on the formation of ma- intenance, and tasked and projected with all kinds of abilities for the actual work. So the dynamic capability set of talent training is setted up and the corresponding curriculum system is formed, which reflect the teaching chain from perceptual learning, basic skills training to practical application ability. The practice shows that this training mode provides the basic standard for the training of UAV equip- ment maintenance technicians, which is of great practical significance to promote the training of UAV system equipment maintenance professional compound application talents with unioue characteristics.
