摘要
为了解决医院长期以来的"三长一短"问题,有效解决"减少患者排队时间"问题,重医附一院及其分院开展了手机APP、支付宝及微信支付在医疗服务流程的应用等做法。随着第三方平台的介入,在患者就医便利的同时,也带来了较多的风险点。随着越来越多的网络模块的嵌入,如微信预约、挂号、缴费、门诊记录、检查结果反馈、满意度投票、医院导航、科室介绍等功能的拓展使用,应建立相应的内部控制措施,合理推进第三方的应用,进行有效的规范化管理,提高医院管理效率,促进医疗卫生事业健康发展。
In order to solve the long "three long and one short" problem,effectively solve the "reduce queuing time" problem with the weight attached to a hospital and its branch to carry out mobile phone APP, Alipay and WeChat to pay in the medical service process and the application of practice. With the third stations in Fang Ping, in the convenience of medical treatment of patients and also brings more risks. With the increasing of the embedded network module,such as WeChat reservation,registration,payment,outpatient records, inspection results feedback,satisfaction voting,hospital navigation,expansion departments introduction function,should establish the corresponding internal control measures, to promote the reasonable application of the third party, regulate effective management, improve hospital management efficiency, and promote the healthy development of medical and health services.
