摘要 随着新型人工晶状体在白内障手术中的应用和超声乳化设备及手术技术的日趋完善,白内障手术已由复明手术逐渐向屈光手术转变,因此患者对术后裸眼视力恢复的期望值不断攀升,这就给眼科医师术前对人工晶状体度数的精确测量提出了更高的要求。拟就目前新型的生物测量仪Lenstar LS900和常用的A超联合角膜曲率计在白内障人工晶状体测量中的研究进行综述。 As the application of new type intraocular lens in cataract surgery and the improvement of ultrasonic emulsification equipment and technology,cataract surgery has been gradually transformed from the surgery for recovering lost eyesight to refractive surgery,therefore,the patients have been visual acuity recovery expectation rising which gives ophthalmologist higher degree requirements to measure the intraocular lens of corneal curvature accurately before surgery. In this paper,the current research for measureing intraocular len's ones by using commonly used Lenstar LS900 combined with A mode ultrasound in cataract surgery are reviewed.
