摘要
目的探讨中医辨证论治联合盐酸帕罗西汀片对功能性消化不良患者的焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月在我院内科门诊收治的120例功能性消化不良患者,将其随机分为联合组与对照组,每组60例。对照组患者单纯给予赛乐特(帕罗西汀片)治疗,联合组患者在对照组的基础上根据中医辨证论治的原则给予对症治疗。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对2组患者进行测评对比,并比较2组患者在治疗后的中医症候积分。结果治疗后联合组患者的SAS、SDS评分和中医症候积分较治疗前均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,联合组患者治疗后上述评分的下降程度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗前2组患者的上述评分的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸帕罗西汀联合中医辨证论治可从标本两方面对患者进行治疗,不仅有效改善了其消化不良症状,更加有效缓解了患者的焦虑和抑郁症状。
Objective Objective To explore the influences of syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with paroxetine hydrochloride on anxiety and depression state in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods Methods 120 patients with functional dyspepsia in internal medicine department of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were divided into joint group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with seroxat（paroxetine hydrochloride）, and the joint group patients were treated with syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the control group.The SAS, SDS score and the TCM syndrome integral of two groups of patients are compared. Results Results The SAS, SDS score and the TCM syndrome integral of the joint group after treating were lower than treating before, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the above score of the joint group declined more than the control group after treating, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, while the difference was not statistically significant before treating（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Conclusion paroxetine hydrochloride combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation can tackle both the cause and effect. Not only effectively improve the dyspeptic symptoms, but also more effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression symptoms in patients.
