摘要
江苏某铸造公司,在表面处理过程中产生废盐酸槽液,该类废酸浓度高且含有大量铁离子是一类处理难度大、对环境危害极大的废水。本文通过一种双氧水氧化与特种离子交换树脂吸附相结合的含铁废酸回收提纯系统,废酸处理后含铁量≤5.0 mg/L,同时废盐酸回收率达到80%以上,满足生产的要求。
