摘要
                
                    目的探讨不同年龄段儿童维生素D水平变化,以及维生素D水平与机体血红蛋白水平的相关性。方法常规体检的儿童3000例分为每个年龄段各250例患儿;统计不同年龄段25-羟基维生素D水平及总体分布,并比较不同25-羟基维生素D水平儿童血红蛋白平均水平。结果 3000例儿童中维生素D正常儿童占76.03%,维生素D不足儿童占19.87%,维生素D缺乏儿童占4.10%;0~11岁儿童25-羟基维生素D水平,随年龄增长而呈现下降趋势。不同维生素D水平的儿童间血红蛋白水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);维生素D含量与血红蛋白水平成正相关(r=0.193,P<0.05)。结论随着儿童年龄增长,其体内维生素D水平呈下降趋势;机体维生素D水平与血红蛋白水平成正相关。
                
                Objective To understand the correlation between the changes of vitamin D levels in children of different ages and the body hemoglobin levels. Method 3000 children admitted for routine physical examination were divided into 12 groups( each consisting of 250 children) according to age differences; statistics of different ages 25-hydroxyitamin D levels and the overall distribution,and compare the different 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels of children's hemoglobin level. Findings Of the 3000 children tested,76. 03% had normal level of vitamin D. 19. 87% had a level lower than the normal and 4.10% were deficient of vitamin D. Of the 0 - 11 years of age group the level of 25-hydroxyitamin D decreased as the age increased. There were significant differences in hemoglobin levels and levels of vitamin D among the different groups( P 〈0. 05). The content of vitamin D was positively correlated with hemoglobin levels( r = 0. 193,P 〈0. 05). Conclusion With the increase of children's age,the level of vitamin D in the body decreased. The level of vitamin D in the body was positively correlated with the level of hemoglobin.
