摘要
众创空间发展要注意创新创业主体的集聚,要加大创业种子招引力度,引导企业自我复制孵化,引领和集聚各类创业创新主体;要注重典型经验宣传、众创空间文化培育、众创空间投融资机制建设以及众创空间品牌打造,激活众创空间建设主体;要建立健全创业培训制度,创立创业教育机构,加强师资队伍建设,提高众创空间对创业创新主体的培育。
This paper discusses how to build a favorable makerspace platform for entrepreneurship-innovafion people. First, the makerspace should supply favorable conditions to attract more members and startup compa- nies, and help and guide the startups to incubate their achievements on their own. Second, the makerspace should encourage and activate the members by sharing experience, cultivating cultures, and building brands. Third, the makerspace should train the people by entrepreneurship and innovation education, and by improve- ment of regulations.
