摘要
近年来,油井设备被盗事件时有发生,给油井的安全生产带来了隐患。为此,采取了在抽油机井中轴处安装三鉴探测器,在采油树上安装单向流量计等防盗措施,但这些措施都存在设备自身不防盗,误报、漏报率高等问题。光纤振动型油井防盗远程监控报警系统主要由光纤传感器、前端处理器、GPRS通信模块及监控中心组成,该系统通过检测油井周围的振动信号,判断油井周围是否有异常情况发生。通过进行冬、夏季的模拟试验表明,系统具有隐蔽性好、抗干扰能力高、适应性强、可靠性高和安装简单等特点,可为视频报警联动系统的完善提供技术储备。
In recent years,oil well equipment are often stolen,which brings hidden danger to the safe production of oil wells.Therefore,anti-theft measures such as installing the three-head detector on the middle part of pumping oil wells and installing the one-way flow meter on the Christmas tree are taken.But above devices are not anti-theft themselves,and their false alarm and non-response rates are high.The optical fiber vibration anti-theft remote monitoring alarm system is mainly composed of an optical fiber sensor,a front end processor,a mobile terminal and a display controller.It can judge whether there are something unusual around oil wells by detecting the vibration signal around oil wells.The simulation experiment in winter and summer shows that the system has advantages of good hidden property,high anti-interference ability,strong adaptability,good reliability,simple installation and so on,which can provide technical reserves for the video alarm linkage system.
