摘要
目的：探讨血站质量管理中差错管理的应用效果。方法选取血站2014年1月至12月质量管理中运用差错管理的资料共1000份，就管理成效与2013年1月至12月常规管理的1000份资料展开对比。结果常规管理组血样报废19份，占1.9%，差错管理组4份，占0.4%，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论血站质量管理中，加强差错管理可防范差错事件的发生，对保障血液及制品安全具有非常积极的意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of error management in blood quality manage-ment. Methods A total of 1,000 copies of data with error management in blood quality management from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected,and the management effectiveness was compared with 1,000 copies of cases with conventional management from January 2013 to December 2013. Results Nineteen blood samples in conventional management group were unavailable,accounting for 1. 9% ;4 cases in error management group,accounting for 0. 4% ,and the difference was significant （P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusions Strengthening error management in blood quality management can prevent the occurrence of error events,and protect the safety of blood and other products.
