摘要
为了降低润滑成本,考察了4506(68)合成压缩机油在氯乙烯螺杆压缩机上应用的可能性。实际使用表明,4506(68)合成压缩机油在氯乙烯螺杆压缩机上的换油周期可以达到4000 h,达到了规定的换油周期,并节约润滑费用40%。4506(68)合成压缩机油能够满足氯乙烯螺杆压缩机上的润滑要求,可以在氯乙烯螺杆压缩机上使用,并具有良好的经济效益。
The possibility of 4506 （68） synthetic compressor oil applied to vinyl chloride screw compressor was investigated in order to reduce the lubricating cost.The practical application displayed that the oil intervals of 4506 （68） synthetic compressor oil applied to vinyl chloride screw compressor could reach to 4000 h, and had reached to the required oil drain cycle, and 40% lubricating cost was saved. Synthetic compressor oil 4506 （68） was able to meet the lubricating requirements for vinyl chloride screw compressor, and could be used in vinyl chloride screw compressor, and had good economic benefits.
