摘要
安全生产责任保险是独立于工伤保险之外的另一种新的责任保险,它将在我国安全生产领域发挥极其重要的作用。保险经纪公司作为连接投保人与保险公司业务的中介机构,在服务安全生产责任保险方面有着特殊的优势,因此是提升企业安全生产管理水平的重要工具。本文在简单介绍保险经纪的特点后,着重分析了其在安全生产管理中的作用,并针对保险经纪现有的问题提出了相应的政策建议。
The Liability Insurance of Safe Production is a new kind of liability insurance which is independent from the Work Injury Insurance,there is no doubt that it will play a very important role in the field of safety production in China. Insurance broker is the intermediary that connects Policy-holder with Insurer and ithas a special advantage in serving the field of The Liability Insurance of Safe Production. Therefore, Insurance broker is a significant tool for enterprise to improve the levelof safety production management.This paper gives an outline of Insurance broker firstly and mainly analyzes the role of insurance broker in the management of production safety. Moreover,the paper put forward somepolicy recommendations which are based on the existing problems for the insurance broker in China.
